I'm thinking Italian Monastery and who this Father might be? During my treasure hunt this past weekend I found him at an Estate Sale. Fell in love with the deep thoughtful look in his eyes or maybe he just reminded me of the fabulous churches and abbeys in Italy. Needless to say he came home with me and is now the watchful eye gazing over my shoulder. The piece is unframed and is placed in a table top easel (a clearance find from Pottery Barn). I like the unpretencious presentation and find it suits the casual nature of what probably is a street artist sketch.What do you think should he be matted and framed?
